An Ignorant Proclamation

Ignorance of the true meaning of your life is one thing; to declare then that life has no meaning is another.

The effort to overcome ignorance leads to wisdom; the proclamation of nihilism leads to the concentration camp.

I Was Not Aware of That

It is easy to know what you know; it is hard to be aware of what you do not know.

A Long Shot

Whether we are aware of it or not, most of us take refuge in statistics. To turn and face the truth of our cowardice, weakness, and helplessness is to acknowledge our self-contempt. We prefer the odds that we will never being tested by a difficult fate and that we will never have our shortcomings exposed in public. We thereby maintain the illusion that we are more worthy than we secretly believe.

The ego cannot be fixed; it can only be forgotten.

True meditation is learning to turn your back on the nature within us.

Seek and Find

When you seek to find reality, you need a good teacher. If you cannot find a good teacher, you need good luck. If despite your good luck you still cannot find your way, then you need both.
